We want you to love your stitches. If something’s not right, we’ll help.

Return Window

  • 14 days from delivery for eligible items (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).
  • Start a return by emailing info@bellastitches.com with your order number.

Eligibility

  • Final Sale: custom/personalized items and clearance.
  • Eligible: standard, non-custom embroidered items.

Condition
Items must be in original condition. Worn, washed, scented, or altered items aren’t eligible.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Request an exchange in your email — we’ll hold inventory when possible and ship once your original is scanned by the carrier.

Fees & Shipping

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
  • If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days — we’ll cover the fix.

Defects
Quality is our thing. If you spot a defect within 30 days, send photos and we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Gifts
Gift returns receive store credit to the recipient.
